I was able to receive a sick appointment right away and the staff was great! !

The "front office" staff did a great job managing the relative of a patient who was abrasive.

The APN was really good. She explained everything that the emergency room didn't explain. Other than that, she was great. That was the first time I've seen her, but she answered all my questions and didn't rush anything. So I appreciate her help. And looking, you know, God willing, if I need to see another doctor again, I'll ask for her.

Some of these questions aren't applicable because I only had the one initial face to face visit. However all the Cooper staff from call center to office staff was pleasantly helpful. All my calls were successfully answered within the same or next day, thus far I'm pleased. It's still early so let's see where this goes. I do feel the Dr got a handle on the direction of my care.

I originally arrived at 1301 KHW, the wrong office location. Desk gave me directions. I was greeted at 1350. All the staff were Happy pleasant and wished me a happy birthday. Dr Gerity is great.
